Complaints and Returns


1. Damaged package

If you notice that the package is damaged, collect it from the courier and ask for it to be opened it in his or her presence. If the product inside is also damaged, fill in the complaint form. The Seller will resend your order at no extra cost or refund your money within 14 business days. If you notice the package is damaged after the courier’s departure and the contents inside are also damaged, unfortunately neither the damage nor the complaint will be recognized.


2. DOOR-2-DOOR Complaint

Should you detect technical defects upon receipt of the package including:

  • wrong size
  • wrong crop/wrong material
  • integral parts of the order are missing

Contact the Seller by writing to contact@pixers.us, and the Seller will send a courier to pick up the package.

The Seller will resend your order at no extra cost or refund your money within 14 business days.


PLEASE NOTE
Technical defects do not include color differences due to the differences in color reproduction on computer monitors.


3. Returns

We deal with every order individually and we do our best to make sure you are satisfied. However, if the ordered service did not meet your expectations, you have the option to return your order within 365 days of delivery, for any reason. The print will only be accepted if the original is returned, with all of its contents, undamaged.

You have three options to choose from when returning your service and print:

  1. You can receive a corrected order - adjusted as you have indicated.
  2. You can receive a new order for the same price.
  3. You can receive a refund of the amount into your account within 14 business days.

If you would like to make a return, please contact the Seller at: contact@pixers.us and provide your order number.

The right to return does not apply if the order is damaged by mechanical factors of an external origin.
