Complaints and returns


If you notice that the package is damaged, collect it from the courier and ask for it to be opened it in his or her presence. If the contents are also damaged or incorrect, fill in the complaint form. The Seller will resend your order at no extra cost or will refund your money within 14 business days. If you notice the package is damaged after the courier’s departure, unfortunately, neither the damage to the package, nor the complaint will be recognized.

DOOR-2-DOOR Complaint

Should you detect technical defects upon receipt of the package with sample including:

  • - wrong size
  • - wrong crop/wrong material
  • - integral parts of the order are missing

To submit your complaint, complete the form at the bottom of the page.
The Seller will resend your order at no extra cost or will refund your money within 14 business days.


Technical defects do not include: color differences due to the differences in color reproduction on computer monitors.


We deal with every order individually and we do our best to make sure you are pleasantly surprised. However, if the ordered product does not meet your expectations, you can use the option to return it within 365 days of delivery of the order, without giving any reason.
You have three options to choose from when returning your service:

  • You will receive a corrected order - in accordance with your indications.
  • You will be provided with a new order for the same price.
  • You can receive a refund as a Voucher.
